Koji 作品樂譜使用及公開演出授權規範
① 免費使用範圍
凡用於研究、學習、校內活動及非營利演出，基本上皆可免費使用。
② 告知義務
不論營利與否，只要在演出中使用，皆必須事先聯繫並取得許可。
③ 比賽使用
「借譜費」為每校每次 1,000 元。
④ 售票演出
採單次授權，金額依演出場地規模來計算 (含總分譜之租借費用) ：
◦ 觀眾席 800 席以下：每場 3,000 元 (未稅)
◦ 觀眾席 800 至 1,500 席：每場 4,000 元 (未稅)
◦ 觀眾席 1,500 席以上：每場 5,000 元 (未稅)
⑤ 特別聲明
目前本站中所有作品之著作權皆為 Koji 本人管理，並未加入任何版權管理協會(如 MÜST、ACMA、TMCA、JASRAC …等等)，毋需通過第三方取得授權。

Koji's Music Score Usage and Public Performance Licensing Guidelines
① Scope of Free Use
Basic usage is free for purposes of research, personal study, school activities, and non-profit performances.
② Mandatory Notification
Regardless of whether the performance is for-profit or non-profit, you must contact us in advance to obtain permission for any use in a performance.
③ Usage for Competitions
A "Score Rental Fee" of NT$1,000 applies per school, per instance.
④ Ticketed (Commercial) Performances
Licenses are granted on a per-performance basis. The fee includes the rental of the full score and parts, and is calculated based on venue capacity :
◦ 800 seats or fewer : NT$3,000 per performance (excluding tax).
◦ 800 to 1,500 seats : NT$4,000 per performance (excluding tax).
◦ 1,500 seats or more : NT$5,000 per performance (excluding tax).
⑤ Special Declaration
Copyrights for all works on this site are currently managed by Koji personally. They are not registered with any copyright management associations (such as MÜST, ACMA, TMCA, JASRAC, etc.); therefore, no third-party authorization is required.

① 無料使用の範囲
研究、学習、校内活動、および非営利目的の演奏については、基本的にすべて無料でご使用いただけます。
② 告知の義務
営利・非営利を問わず、演奏会等で使用する場合は、必ず事前に連絡し、許諾を得る必要があります。
③ コンクールでの使用
コンクールでの使用については「楽譜レンタル料」として、1校1回につき 1,000元 を申し受けます。
④ 営利目的（チケット販売あり）の演奏
1公演ごとのライセンス付与となります。料金にはフルスコアおよびパート譜のレンタル料が含まれており、会場の収容人数（キャパシティ）に応じて計算されます：
◦ 客席数 800席以下：1公演につき 3,000元（税別）
◦ 客席数 800〜1,500席：1公演につき 4,000元（税別）
◦ 客席数 1,500席以上：1公演につき 5,000元（税別）
⑤ 特別声明
現在、当サイトに掲載されているすべての作品の著作権は Koji 本人が管理しています。著作権管理団体（MÜST、ACMA、TMCA、JASRACなど）には加盟していないため、第三者を通さずに直接ライセンスの取得が可能です。
